HONEY COCONUT CHEWY BARS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons blended vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 1 16 ounce package marshmallows
  • 1 4.9 ounce package butter popped corn flavor rice cakes
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries

DIRECTIONS

In large microwave-safe bowl, combine honey and yogurt; stir in marshmallows. Microwave (HIGH) until marshmallows are puffed (about 1½ minutes); stir.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Press mixture firmly into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

Let cool; cut into 24 bars.
