HOT SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP

Serves : 6 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups organic frozen cut leaf spinach large stems removed, thawed, drained well
  • 1 cup fat free plain yogurt
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts drained, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • - dash organic ground cayenne pepper
  • - Parmesan garlic & herb pita chips

DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pita chips. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed until well combined.

Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375?F oven 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned on top and bubbly.

Remove from oven and serve with pita chips.
