
CRUNCHY DILL PICKLE PRETZEL DOGS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup crushed dill pickle flavored potato chips
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 quarter pound beef franks
- 4 pretzel hot dog buns or hot dog buns
- Condiments:
- - sweet pickle relish
- - yellow mustard
- - tomato ketchup
- - sauerkraut
- - diced onions, chopped tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
Place crushed potato chips in a food processor or blender; process until finely ground. Transfer to a shallow dish.
Pat franks dry with clean paper towels. Brush with mustard then roll in potato chips. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, or until heated through and outsides are crunchy.
Place in buns and top with desired condiments.
