ITALIAN BEAN SALAD

Serves : 16 (1/2 cup) servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 14.5 ounce can cut wax beans drained
  • 1 14.5 ounce can cut green beans drained
  • 1 15 ounce can light red kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing

DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

Salt and pepper to taste; toss to coat.

Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.
