PULLED PORK SANDWICHES

with Buttermilk Slaw

INGREDIENTS
  • 2/3 cup lowfat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 8.5 ounce package coleslaw mix without dressing
  • 1 18 ounce container refrigerated fully cooked pulled pork with barbecue sauce
  • - Ciabatta rolls or hamburger buns

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar and mustard; salt and pepper to taste. Stir in coleslaw mix; set aside.

Prepare pulled pork according to package directions.

Top rolls with pulled pork and coleslaw. Serve immediately.
