
PULLED PORK SANDWICHES
with Buttermilk Slaw



INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup lowfat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 8.5 ounce package coleslaw mix without dressing
- 1 18 ounce container refrigerated fully cooked pulled pork with barbecue sauce
- - Ciabatta rolls or hamburger buns
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar and mustard; salt and pepper to taste. Stir in coleslaw mix; set aside.
Prepare pulled pork according to package directions.
Top rolls with pulled pork and coleslaw. Serve immediately.
