PULLED CHICKEN PARMESAN SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 loaf take 'n bake French baguette bread
  • 1 Culinary Circle Deli Rotisserie Chicken pulled and chopped
  • 1 24 ounce jar three cheese pasta sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 4 deli style provolone cheese slices

DIRECTIONS

Bake bread according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken, sauce and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer; simmer until heated through.

Cut baked bread into 4 sections, cut each section in half, leaving one side attached. Open up bread and Place cheese slices on one half of each section of bread and continue baking for 5 minutes.

Pile the meat mixture into the baguette. Serve immediately.
