
MEDITERRANEAN TUNA SALAD WRAPS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 2.6 ounce pouch chunk light tuna in water
- 1/2 cup seeded and diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons diced cucumber
- 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat feta cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1 cup finely chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 large garden spinach tortillas
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine tuna, tomato, onion, cucumber, olives, feta and vinaigrette; salt and pepper to taste.
Add lettuce and toss until combined.
Divide salad among tortillas and roll-up burrito-style; slice in half.
