KING CRAB SALAD SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds king crab legs
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 ripe avocado pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 large croissants
  • - tomato slices, lettuce

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, green onions, and cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.

Gently fold in crab, celery and red pepper.

Place avocado slices in croissant. Top with crab salad and lettuce and tomato, if desired.
