CHICKEN SALAD PITAS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups cooked and chopped boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup red grapes cut in half
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • - tomato slices, lettuce

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and lemon juice; salt and pepper to taste.

Add in chicken, grapes, celery and walnuts. Toss to coat.

Place lettuce and tomato slices in pitas; fill with chicken salad.
