
FIRE ROASTED PEACH SALSA



INGREDIENTS
- 1 15 ounce can peach slices in 100% juice drained
- 1 14.5 ounce can fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic drained
- 1/2 cup minced red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 fresh jalapeƱo pepper seeded and diced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- - juice of 1/2 a lime
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender; salt and pepper to taste.
Process to desired consistency.
Serve with chips or over fish or chicken.
