EASY PIEROGIES

with Bacon & Cheese

INGREDIENTS
  • 18 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1/2 16 ounce package bacon chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 3.8 ounce pouch four cheese mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta shells according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in medium skillet over medium heat, sauté bacon and onions until bacon is crispy. Drain; set aside.

Prepare potatoes according to package directions; stir in bacon and cheese. Stuff shells with potato mixture.

Place stuffed shells on side in a greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter; bake in a preheated 400°F oven 15 minutes.
