
CREAMY PARMESAN POLENTA



INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups no salt added chicken stock
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup Culinary Circle Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup butter cut into 4 pieces
DIRECTIONS
In medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Slowly whisk in corn meal; simmer 5 minutes, whisking frequently.
Slowly whisk in cheese; salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and whisk in butter.
