PEANUT BUTTER BANANA RICE CAKES

Serves : 6 rice cakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup blended vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat creamy peanut butter
  • 6 caramel corn rice cakes
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1/4 cup chocolate flavored syrup

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl combine yogurt and peanut butter.

Spread peanut butter mixture on top of rice cakes.

Top with strawberries and bananas; drizzle with chocolate syrup.
