
OLIVE SPREAD
with Pecans



INGREDIENTS
- 1 8 ounce package Neufchatel cheese softened
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive juice
- 1 5.75 ounce jar sliced green olives chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- - reduced fat thin wheat crackers
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine Neufchâtel, mayonnaise and olive juice; using an electric mixer, mix until well combined and fluffy.
Stir in olives and pecans until just combined. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
