OLIVE SPREAD

Serves : about 1 cup

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup green olives pimentos removed
  • 2 tablespoons capers rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • - rosemary & olive oil woven wheats

DIRECTIONS

In food processor or blender, combine olives, capers, parsley, rosemary and garlic.

Process until finely ground and forms a paste; salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
