OLIVE & TOMATO BRUSCHETTA

Serves : about 2 3/4 cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups seeded and diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Culinary Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • - woven wheats

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with crackers.
