MINI SPINACH BREAD BOWLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 frozen white dinner roll dough thawed
  • 3/4 cup refrigerated prepared spinach dip
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

DIRECTIONS

Allow dough to rise according to package directions (2-3 hours); do not bake. Cut rolls into fourths.

Place one section of dough into each cup of a greased (24 count) mini muffin pan; press dough up sides of muffin cups to form bowls.

Fill each bowl with spinach dip; top with cheese. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 15-20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
