
MEDITERRANEAN WHITE BEAN SPREAD



INGREDIENTS
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
- 1 4 ounce package Culinary Circle Crumbled Feta Cheese divided
- 2 tablespoons 100% pure olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped pitted Kalamata olives
- - rosemary & olive oil woven wheats
DIRECTIONS
In food processor or blender, combine rosemary and garlic; process until finely chopped. Add beans and half the feta; continue processing until smooth.
With processor running, drizzle in oil; salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to bowl. Stir in remaining feta and chopped olives.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
