MEDITERRANEAN WHITE BEAN SPREAD

Serves : 1 3/4 cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 4 ounce package Culinary Circle Crumbled Feta Cheese divided
  • 2 tablespoons 100% pure olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pitted Kalamata olives
  • - rosemary & olive oil woven wheats

DIRECTIONS

In food processor or blender, combine rosemary and garlic; process until finely chopped. Add beans and half the feta; continue processing until smooth.

With processor running, drizzle in oil; salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to bowl. Stir in remaining feta and chopped olives.

Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
