
MEDITERRANEAN BEAN DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 15 ounce can green lima beans rinsed and drained
- 1 14.5 ounce can sliced stewed tomatoes with oregano, garlic & basil well drained
- 1/2 8 ounce jar traditional basil pesto sauce & spread
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Purée until mixture is smooth, scraping sides.
Transfer to a tightly sealed container; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with veggies, pita bread or pita chips.
