LAYERED BEAN DIP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 ounce can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup medium thick and chunky salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups fancy shredded Mexican style nacho blend cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups Culinary Circle Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • - tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9-inch glass pie plate.

Layer with sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and green onions.

Serve with tortilla chips.
