
EASY TACO SOUP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes undrained
- 1 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 15 ounce can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup small shells pasta
- 1 4 ounce can diced green chiles
- 1 1.25 ounce packet taco seasoning mix
DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink; drain.
Add remaining ingredients to pan plus 3 cups hot water.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked (about 10 minutes).
