
CREAMY SPINACH SOUP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon pure vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 32 ounce container reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups farfalle
- 1 13.5 ounce can no salt added spinach well drained
- 1 cup half & half
DIRECTIONS
In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened (about 3-5 minutes).
Add broth, water, pasta, spinach and half & half; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat; simmer until pasta is cooked (about 10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
