HOT REUBEN DIP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1 7 ounce package sliced corned beef chopped
  • 1 14.4 ounce can sauerkraut well drained, squeezed dry
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • - woven wheats

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients except crackers in a slow cooker.

Cook on LOW 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly.

Serve with crackers.
