FRENCH ONION DIP

Serves : 2 cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon pure vegetable oil
  • 1 cup minced yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • - wavy potato chips

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until very soft and slightly browned (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat; cool.

In large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, yogurt, parsley, sugar, bouillon and Worcestershire; mix until well combined.

Stir in onions; salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with potato chips.
