GREEN BEANS & POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 pound bacon chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 15 ounce can sliced new potatoes drained
  • - cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 28 ounce can cut green beans drained
  • 1 cup French fried onions

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté bacon and onions until bacon is crisp; remove bacon drippings from pan.

Add potatoes to bacon; season with cayenne, salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until potatoes are browned.

Add in green beans and fried onions. Continue sautéing until heat through.
