BAKED ARTICHOKE PARTY DIP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4-5 drops Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 14 ounce can quartered artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 8 ounce package fancy shredded Italian style pizza blend cheese
  • 1/2 medium tomato seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt and hot sauce; using an electric mixer on medium speed, mix until smooth.

Stir in artichokes and 1-1½ cups cheese. Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Garnish with tomatoes and onions. Serve with cocktail bread slices or tortilla chips.
