
CRAB DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 6.5 ounce cans jumbo lump crab meat
- 32 Culinary Circle Original Entertainment Crackers
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, green onions, mustard and cayenne. Salt to taste
Gently fold in crab, being very careful not to break up lumps. Chill. Transfer to a decorative bowl.
Place bowl on platter and arrange crackers around bowl.
