
POTATO, HAM & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 4.7 ounce package au gratin potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans
- 1 1/2 cups chopped ham
- 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
In large mixing bowl, combine cheese sauce packet with boiling water, milk and butter.
Stir in potatoes, green beans, ham and cheese; salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 450°F oven 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
