PANCAKES

Serves : 12-16 pancakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup pure vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs

DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, dry milk, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Whisk in water, oil and eggs until just combined. Let stand 10 minutes. Heat flat skillet over medium heat.

Pour about ΒΌ cup pancake batter onto skillet; repeating to fill skillet. Cook until bubbly; flip over and continue cooking until golden brown and cooked through.
