MINI BLUEBERRY PANCAKE MUFFINS

Serves : 24 muffins

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups complete pancake & waffle mix
  • 2 tablespoons original syrup
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries chopped
  • 3/4 cup oats & honey with raisins & almonds cereal divided

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pancake batter according to package directions; stir in syrup.

Stir in blueberries and ½ cup cereal. Divide among a greased (24 count) mini muffin pan. Sprinkle with remaining cereal.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 8-10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with additional syrup, if desired.
