JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR BEER BREAD

Serves : 12 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup canned diced jalapeño peppers drained
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, cheese, jalapeños and sugar; stir in beer until well combined.

Transfer to a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Let stand 30 minutes.

Pour melted butter over top of dough. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 50-60 minutes.
