HOMESTYLE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 teaspoon pure vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 10.5 ounce cans chicken gravy
  • 3 cups torn Culinary Circle Deli Rotisserie Chicken
  • 3 cups frozen home style egg noodles

DIRECTIONS

In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add carrots, celery, onions, thyme and poultry seasoning. Sauté until onions are softened (about 3-5 minutes).

Add in chicken broth, gravy, chicken and noodles; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until carrots are softened and noodles are done (about 20 minutes).
