
HOMESTYLE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon pure vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 10.5 ounce cans chicken gravy
- 3 cups torn Culinary Circle Deli Rotisserie Chicken
- 3 cups frozen home style egg noodles
DIRECTIONS
In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add carrots, celery, onions, thyme and poultry seasoning. Sauté until onions are softened (about 3-5 minutes).
Add in chicken broth, gravy, chicken and noodles; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until carrots are softened and noodles are done (about 20 minutes).
