PEPPERMINT HOT COCOA MIX

Serves : 6 cups
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups instant nonfat dry milk
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups baking cocoa
  • 1 1/4 cups peppermint flavored dry coffee creamer
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • - miniature marshmallows optional
  • - peppermint starlights crushed
DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except marshmallows). Store in an airtight container.

Place 2 tablespoons cocoa mix in a large mug. Add ¾ cup near-boiling water. Stir to dissolve.

Serve with marshmallows and crushed candy, if desired.
