MOLTEN BROWNIE CUPCAKES

Serves : 12 cupcakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 19.8 ounce package fudge brownie mix
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Stir in 2 cups chocolate chips. Set aside.

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium heat, combine remaining chocolate chips and cinnamon. Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted.

Divide ½ of brownie batter among 1 (12 count) greased or paper lined nonstick muffin pan. Top with chocolate mixture and remaining brownie batter (pan will be filled to top).

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack; cool completely.
