LOADED MASHED POTATOES

in a Slow Cooker

Total Time : 1 3/4 hours
Serves : 12 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 1 12 ounce container chive & onion potato topper
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter cubed
  • 4 cups instant mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 16 ounce package cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

In 4-quart or larger slow cooker, combine boiling water, half & half, potato topper, cream cheese, butter and pepper; whisk until well combined.

Stir in potato flakes until just combined. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour.

Stir in bacon and cheese. Continue cooking for 30 minutes.
