
GARLIC MASHED POTATOES



INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes peeled, cut up
- 1/4 cup garlic cloves
- 1 14.5 ounce can chicken broth
- 1/3 cup 2% milk warmed
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
DIRECTIONS
Place potatoes, garlic and broth in large saucepan. Add enough water to cover potatoes.
Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender (about 20 minutes).
Drain potatoes. Add milk and butter; mash to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
