MANICOTTI

with Meat Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 24 ounce jar traditional pasta sauce
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen crepe manicotti
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

In medium skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble ground beef, onion and Italian seasoning until no longer pink; drain. Stir in pasta sauce.

Spread 1 cup sauce in bottom of an 11x7-inch baking dish. Place manicotti over sauce. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.

Bake, covered, in a preheated 350°F oven 40 minutes; remove cover and continue baking 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
