
MAC & CHEESE
with Sausage & Greens



INGREDIENTS
- 1 24 ounce package deluxe shells & cheese
- 1 14 ounce package smoked sausage ring sliced, slices cut in half
- 1 14.5 ounce can chopped turnip greens with diced turnips well drained
- - cayenne pepper optional
DIRECTIONS
Prepare shells & cheese according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, sauté sausage until browned.
Add turnip greens to sausage; season with desired amount of cayenne pepper. Continue cooking until heated through (about 5 minutes).
Stir sausage and greens into prepared pasta; salt and pepper to taste.
