CREAMY VEGETABLE "LASAGNA"

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen stir-fry vegetable blend [broccoli, snap peas, carrots, red peppers]
  • 1 24 ounce package frozen whole wheat cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups creamy Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 2 cups Italian style six cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup crispy Panko style plain bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

DIRECTIONS

Prepare vegetables and pasta according to package directions; drain pasta.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, milk and thyme.

Place 1/3 ravioli in an 8x8-inch baking dish. Layer with ½ vegetables, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 cheese. Repeat finishing with 1/3 ravioli, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 cheese. Toss bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over cheese.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
