HONEY & APPLE RICE CAKES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup blended vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 apple cinnamon rice cakes
  • 1 Granny Smith apple thinly sliced
  • 1 Braeburn apple thinly sliced
  • - ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl combine yogurt and honey.

Spread each rice cake with yogurt mixture.

Top with apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
