
PURPLE HULL PEAS
with Ham & Tomatoes



INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce package frozen purple hull peas thawed
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1 cup frozen super sweet corn
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 14.5 ounce can fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic undrained
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- - Louisiana hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
Prepare peas according to package directions.
In large skillet over medium heat, combine all ingredients; adding hot sauce as desired.
Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally (about 10-12 minutes).
