
INDIVIDUAL QUICHE BISCUITS



INGREDIENTS
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 6 refrigerated jumbo flaky biscuits dough
- 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mushroom pieces & stems chopped
- 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine eggs and milk; salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Separate each biscuit into two layers. Stretch and press biscuits into greased muffin pan. Sprinkle with cheese, mushrooms and bacon. Divide egg mixture among biscuits.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
