
FOUR CHEESE BAKED MAC & CHEESE



INGREDIENTS
- 12 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 cups half & half
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese divided
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese divided
- 1 cup fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese divided
- 8 ounces Super Cheezy processed cheese spread finely cubed
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions, until just al dente; drain.
Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, combine half & half, egg and mustard; salt and pepper to taste. Stir in ¾ cup Cheddar cheese, ¾ cup Monterey jack cheese, ½ cup Parmesan cheese and processed cheese.
Add macaroni and stir until well combined. Transfer to a greased 2½-quart baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes. Stir and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Continue baking until cheese is melted and bubbly (about 15 minutes).
