
CREAMY VEGETABLES & PASTA



INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups uncooked farfalle
- 1 teaspoon pure vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 16 ounce package frozen capri style vegetables thawed
- 1 cup half & half
- 3 tablespoons traditional basil pesto sauce & spread
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened (about 3-5 minutes). Add in vegetables and sauté until heated through.
Add pasta, half & half and pesto. Simmer until half & half thickens (about 3-5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
