CREAMY VEGETABLES & PASTA

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups uncooked farfalle
  • 1 teaspoon pure vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen capri style vegetables thawed
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 3 tablespoons traditional basil pesto sauce & spread

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened (about 3-5 minutes). Add in vegetables and sauté until heated through.

Add pasta, half & half and pesto. Simmer until half & half thickens (about 3-5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
