
CREAMY PIEROGI PRIMAVERA



INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen potato & Cheddar pierogies
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen Japanese style stir-fry blend
- 1 (15 ounce) jar four cheese alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup 2% reduced fat milk
DIRECTIONS
In large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add pierogies; saut� until browned, turning occasionally (about 5 minutes).
Add in vegetables; saut� until vegetables are cooked through and slightly browned (about 8-10 minutes).
Stir in Alfredo sauce and milk; cook until heated through (about 5 minutes).
