
GRILLED STEAK
with Roasted Garlic Butter



INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1 head of garlic roasted (below)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 4 premium angus porterhouse or t-bone steaks
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine butter, roasted garlic, chives and oregano; salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Season steaks with pepper to taste.
Place steaks on grill. Grill, turning once, 11-17 minutes (depending on thickness) or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium).
Top with desired amount of butter about 1 minute before removing from grill. Season with salt to taste.
