HOT SALSA SPINACH DIP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach thawed, well drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
  • 1 can diced jalapeƱo peppers drained
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup hot thick and chunky salsa
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • - tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except tortilla chips. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until well combined.

Transfer to a greased 1?-quart baking dish. Bake in a preheated 400?F oven 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips.
