HOT CHEDDAR BACON PARTY SPREAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 16 ounce package bacon cooked and crumbled
  • - assorted crackers
DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing and green onions. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, mix until well combined and smooth.

Add 3 cups cheese and bacon; continue mixing until well combined. Transfer to a greased 9-inch glass pie plate or shallow baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm with crackers.
