HOT ARTICHOKE SPINACH DIP

Serves : 10 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 14 ounce can small whole artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed, well drained
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; using an electric mixer on medium speed, mix until well combined.

Transfer to a greased ovenproof serving bowl or 2-quart baking dish.

Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and serve with pita chips, crackers or bread.
