
HOT ARTICHOKE SPINACH DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 14 ounce can small whole artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed, well drained
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; using an electric mixer on medium speed, mix until well combined.
Transfer to a greased ovenproof serving bowl or 2-quart baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and serve with pita chips, crackers or bread.
