
CHEESY BACON CRESCENT PUFFS



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 16 ounce package bacon chopped
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cups fancy shredded Mexican style Cheddar jack cheese
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 8 ounce packages refrigerated crescent rolls dough
DIRECTIONS
In medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Cool slightly. In medium bowl, combine cooled bacon with cream cheese, cheese, pecans, chives and garlic. Set aside.
Separate crescent rolls; cut each triangle into 2 triangles. Place 1 heaping teaspoon cheese mixture in center of each triangle; criss-cross ends of long edge together; press to seal bottom. Place, standing up, on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 18 minutes or until golden brown and dough is done in center. Serve warm.
